These Terms of Use govern access to Idrok Industries websites, public materials, and services that link to these Terms, including Tensor OS where separate product terms have not been provided.
These Terms are intended to establish clear boundaries between what Idrok Industries provides, what users are responsible for, and what should not be assumed about evolving technology.
By accessing or using a service covered by these Terms, you agree to follow them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the applicable service.
1. Idrok Industries
Idrok Industries develops technology for intelligent software systems.
Our work includes Tensor OS, an operating system designed for creating, deploying, controlling, and managing AI employees.
Tensor is based on the idea that increasingly capable AI models require an operating layer around them.
A model may provide intelligence. The surrounding system should determine authority.
Tensor is therefore being developed around concepts such as:
- organizational boundaries;
- identity;
- permissions;
- tools;
- knowledge;
- integrations;
- human approvals;
- observable execution;
- auditability;
- policy enforcement;
- controlled autonomy.
Information on our website may also describe research directions, experiments, future capabilities, technical concepts, company objectives, and work that remains under development.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, those descriptions are not guarantees of future availability.
2. Eligibility
You may use our services only where doing so is lawful.
You must have the legal capacity required in your jurisdiction to agree to these Terms.
If you use Idrok Industries services on behalf of a company, organization, institution, or another legal entity, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.
The organization may be responsible for activity performed through accounts that it controls.
3. Your account
Certain services may require an account.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- keeping access to your account secure;
- protecting devices through which your account is accessible;
- maintaining appropriate security for connected services;
- notifying us if you reasonably believe unauthorized access has occurred.
You may not intentionally impersonate another person or organization, create accounts through fraudulent means, or misrepresent your authority to act for an organization.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law, including activity performed by AI employees that you configure or authorize.
4. Workspaces and organizations
Tensor may organize information around accounts, workspaces, organizations, employees, conversations, integrations, approvals, and other scoped resources.
If you create or administer an organization, you are responsible for deciding who should receive access and what level of authority those users should have.
Where organizational administration features are available, administrators may have access to information, settings, employees, integrations, or activity associated with that organization.
You should not place information into an organizational workspace unless you have authority to use that information in that context.
5. AI employees
Tensor allows users to configure software agents or "AI employees" to assist with work.
An AI employee is software.
It is not a human employee, legal representative, licensed professional, fiduciary, officer, director, or independent legal person.
References to terms such as "employee," "hire," "work," "role," "team," or similar concepts are product language used to make AI systems easier to organize and understand.
They do not create an employment relationship with an AI system.
You remain responsible for determining:
- whether an AI employee should be used for a task;
- what information it receives;
- which tools it can access;
- what permissions it receives;
- whether its output is appropriate;
- which actions require human approval;
- whether actions comply with applicable law and organizational policy.
6. AI outputs are not guaranteed to be correct
AI systems can make mistakes.
They may:
- misunderstand instructions;
- produce incomplete information;
- generate inaccurate statements;
- produce outdated information;
- fail to recognize important context;
- make inappropriate recommendations;
- behave differently than expected.
You should independently review outputs where accuracy matters.
You should not rely on AI output as the sole basis for decisions involving significant legal, financial, medical, safety, employment, security, or other high-impact consequences.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Idrok Industries does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, unique, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose.
7. Human responsibility
Tensor is intended to increase what people and organizations can accomplish—not to remove responsibility from them.
A system that can act should still have clearly defined authority.
Users are responsible for configuring appropriate boundaries around AI employees.
This can include:
- limiting access;
- reviewing knowledge sources;
- restricting tools;
- requiring approvals;
- monitoring activity;
- reviewing important outputs;
- revoking integrations;
- pausing or disabling employees when necessary.
A product capability should not be interpreted as a statement that using that capability is appropriate in every context.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Idrok Industries services to intentionally:
- violate applicable law;
- compromise another person's account;
- gain unauthorized access to a system, network, account, or data;
- distribute malware;
- interfere with service availability;
- bypass authentication or access controls;
- obtain credentials without authorization;
- conduct fraudulent activity;
- impersonate another person deceptively;
- abuse, exploit, or disrupt infrastructure;
- use integrations without permission from the relevant account owner;
- conceal unauthorized access;
- use our services in a way that materially threatens the safety, rights, or property of others.
You may conduct legitimate security research only where you have appropriate authorization and act within applicable law.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Idrok Industries, our infrastructure, or other parties.
9. Connected services
Tensor may allow connections to third-party services.
Examples may include communications systems, model providers, business software, data services, or other external platforms.
When you connect a third-party service:
- you authorize the requested connection;
- you represent that you have authority to connect it;
- you remain responsible for permissions granted through the external service;
- the third party's own terms and privacy policies continue to apply.
Idrok Industries does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, policies, changes, or actions.
If a third-party service changes its API, terminates access, experiences an outage, changes pricing, or modifies functionality, an Idrok Industries integration may be affected.
10. Credentials and integrations
You must not provide Tensor with credentials or access tokens that you do not have authority to use.
You are responsible for choosing an appropriate level of access when creating or granting credentials.
Whenever practical, use credentials that expose only the permissions needed for the intended task.
If you believe credentials connected to Tensor have been compromised, revoke them through the relevant provider and disconnect or replace them as appropriate.
11. Your content
You retain rights you already hold in the content you provide to Idrok Industries.
This may include:
- prompts;
- conversations;
- documents;
- instructions;
- knowledge;
- files;
- feedback;
- configuration;
- workflow information.
You grant Idrok Industries the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise handle that content for the purpose of providing, securing, maintaining, and improving the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide that content.
Do not upload or process material if doing so violates another person's intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations, privacy rights, contractual restrictions, or applicable law.
12. Confidential and sensitive information
Tensor may be used for business workflows, but users should still exercise judgment regarding highly confidential or regulated information.
Before placing sensitive information into Tensor, consider:
- what the AI employee needs;
- which model will process it;
- which integrations are connected;
- who has workspace access;
- what retention requirements apply;
- whether additional contractual or regulatory protections are required.
Unless Idrok Industries has expressly agreed otherwise in writing, use of the standard service does not automatically create specialized obligations associated with every regulated industry or category of information.
13. Idrok Industries intellectual property
Idrok Industries owns or licenses the intellectual property associated with our products, software, systems, website, visual identity, brand assets, documentation, and original materials, except for material belonging to users or third parties.
This includes, where applicable:
- Tensor branding;
- Idrok Industries branding;
- software;
- interface designs;
- graphics;
- documentation;
- original written material;
- architecture and product elements protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may link to our public website and quote reasonable portions of public material with appropriate attribution.
You may not falsely present Idrok Industries material as your own or create the impression that Idrok Industries endorses you, your organization, or your product where no such relationship exists.
Our names, logos, and branding may not be used in a misleading manner.
14. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, bug reports, product feedback, or recommendations, we may use that feedback to develop or improve Idrok Industries products without an obligation to compensate you.
This does not transfer ownership of unrelated intellectual property that you already own.
15. Experimental and evolving technology
Tensor and other Idrok Industries systems may change substantially over time.
Features may be:
- experimental;
- released gradually;
- changed;
- paused;
- removed;
- redesigned;
- limited by geography or account;
- subject to usage restrictions.
A demonstration, prototype, research page, roadmap item, statement of direction, or unreleased interface does not constitute a commitment to ship a capability.
We may change the service to improve security, reliability, usability, performance, or product direction.
16. Beta and preview functionality
Some functionality may be labeled beta, preview, experimental, research, early access, or similar.
Such functionality may be less reliable than generally available functionality.
It may change without notice, contain defects, lose compatibility, or be discontinued.
You should not rely on experimental functionality for critical operations unless you have independently determined that the risk is acceptable.
17. Service availability
We work to build reliable systems, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Services may become unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- software defects;
- infrastructure failure;
- third-party outages;
- network failures;
- security incidents;
- external API changes;
- force majeure;
- other events outside our control.
Unless Idrok Industries has entered into a separate written agreement that specifically states otherwise, we do not promise a particular service-level commitment, uptime percentage, recovery time, or support response time.
18. Security
We design Idrok Industries systems around security principles including scoped access, organizational separation, controlled permissions, approval mechanisms, credential protection, and execution visibility.
Security controls reduce risk. They do not eliminate it.
No system connected to the internet can reasonably be represented as impossible to compromise.
You are also responsible for maintaining security appropriate to your own account, devices, integrations, employees, credentials, and organization.

19. Applications and recruiting
You may apply for opportunities at Idrok Industries where an application channel is available.
You are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
Submitting information does not create:
- an employment relationship;
- a contract of employment;
- a right to an interview;
- a promise of a response;
- a guarantee of consideration;
- a guarantee that a listed role will remain available.
Application information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
20. Public information and research
The Idrok Industries website may contain technical explanations, opinions, research ideas, predictions, diagrams, product concepts, demonstrations, and descriptions of emerging technology.
We work to make public information useful, but we do not guarantee that every page will remain permanently current, complete, or error-free.
Material may become outdated as our systems, research, understanding, or plans change.
Nothing published on the public website should be interpreted as legal, financial, medical, investment, cybersecurity, or other professional advice unless explicitly stated otherwise.
21. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to:
- prevent abuse;
- investigate a security issue;

22. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Idrok Industries services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
We do not make warranties that:
- the service will always be available;
- every feature will operate without error;
- AI outputs will always be accurate;
- every integration will remain available;
- every security threat can be prevented;
- the service will satisfy every regulatory or professional requirement;
- future functionality described publicly will be released.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
23. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Idrok Industries will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to use the service where such limitation is legally permitted.
This may include loss arising from:
- reliance on AI-generated output;
- incorrect configuration;
- unauthorized use of user credentials;
- third-party services;
- external model providers;
- internet outages;
- user-provided content;
- actions performed through connected systems.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
24. Changes to our services
The systems described by Idrok Industries today will not necessarily be identical to the systems we operate years from now.
We may introduce, modify, replace, or discontinue features.
We may change technical architecture, infrastructure providers, AI models, interfaces, integrations, pricing, limits, or other aspects of the service.
Where a change materially affects contractual rights or requires additional notice under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps.
25. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as our company and products develop.
When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date.
Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice through the website, product interface, or account communication.
Continued use of the applicable service after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
26. Relationship between these Terms and other agreements
Enterprise customers, partners, API customers, researchers, or other users may enter into separate agreements with Idrok Industries.
Where a signed agreement specifically conflicts with these public Terms, the signed agreement will normally control for the subject matter it covers.
Separate privacy, API, commercial, security, or product terms may also apply to specific services.
